.Net Developer - Full Time Only

Location: Chandler, AZ / Dallas, TX (Hybrid Onsite)

• Provide engineering guidance across various lines of business, mentor senior engineers, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with Auto Lending Product Strategy & Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to define the current and future state of the Auto Lending technology landscape.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of system development methodologies and applicable technologies, tools, and design.
• Analyze complex business requirements and develop comprehensive functional system designs.
• Lead and guide less experienced analysts and developers in project development.
• Develop and maintain documentation for departmental procedures, training materials, and user guides.
• Ensure all security, quality, business continuity, and compliance requirements are met and properly documented.

• 6+ years of Engineering experience or equivalent through a combination of work, training, or education.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with expertise in C#.NET, Kafka, and related technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Modeling.
• 2+ years of experience in Microservices development and API enablement.
• 2+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall methodologies).

• Proficiency in: .NET, Microservices, Angular, JUnit, Selenium.
• Competency in: JavaScript, SOAP, MQ Series, Visual Studio, SQL, Apigee, PCF, AES.
• Experience with database data modeling and source control tools.

• Industry-standard technology certifications in .NET.
• Experience working in Financial Services (nice to have).
• Familiarity with schedulers such as Autosys.
• Experience with Linux Servers.

• Willingness to work onsite with a hybrid model (telecommuting up to 2 days per week).
• Availability to work additional hours when required.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
