We invite you to join our innovative team as a Graphic Production Coordinator in a fully remote capacity. Our National Real Estate Services department is integral to our ambitious objective of becoming the third-largest grocery retailer in the United States by store count. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing our vision to fruition through the development of engaging store fixtures and graphic designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective execution of customized environmental graphics across our retail locations, offices, and distribution centers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including divisional real estate units and print vendors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights and recommendations on materials and installations aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Offer technical guidance on design elements, materials, and implementation processes to enhance project outcomes.
  • Communicate seamlessly with National Services and divisional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Identify and propose methodologies for improving team workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery from the production phase to final implementation.
  • Develop detailed installation guides while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Review architectural plans for feasibility and present findings for approval.
  • Initiate procurement processes for custom graphics and coordinate timely delivery schedules.
  • Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with the intended design and adheres to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain robust communication and relationships with all stakeholders involved.
  • Adhere to privacy and security protocols as required.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the Graphic Design industry.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates professional design and installation work.
  • Familiarity with design principles, building codes, and materiality is preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, alongside meticulous attention to detail.
