  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    1. Large-scale website design/redesign with upgrades or conversions.
    2. Large-scale constituent or customer management systems, involving creation, upgrade, or conversion.
    3. Large-scale time tracking system creation, upgrade, or conversion.
    4. Large-scale implementation or remediation of security tools.
    5. Large-scale mobile device management experience.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Possession of Project Management certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Governance processes by engaging with stakeholders, preparing status reports, and conducting executive briefings.
  • Lead project planning activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage vendors, including deliverable acceptance, milestone payments, contract adherence, and escalations.
  • Oversee budget management and tracking for the project.
  • Create, track, and deliver project timelines, tasks, and metrics to ensure project objectives are met.

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • Seven (7) years of experience as a project lead, managing technology projects involving multiple computer subsystems.
  • Recent experience in large-scale website design/redesign with upgrades or conversions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered to meet the requirements.
  • Ability to be on-site as needed based on project requirements and team activities.
  • All finalists are subject to a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other relevant certifications.
  • Master s degree in Business/Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT program or project management and leading IT project management teams.
  • Experience with vendor management and software implementation/upgrades.
  • Experience working with public sector organizations.
  • Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools.
  • Excellent customer service and business relationship communication skills.

Interview Process:

  • 1 round remote interview, with the possibility of a second onsite round.
