Data Science Engineer

Job Title: Data Science Engineer (Spark, Scala)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize large-scale data processing systems using Apache Spark and Scala.
• Design and implement machine learning models and data pipelines to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to build scalable data solutions.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Optimize performance of Spark jobs and ensure efficient use of cluster resources.
• Maintain code quality, version control, and documentation for data science solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Data Science and proficiency in Apache Spark and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, feature selection, and model development.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
