Description:

- Transform test scenarios documented using formats such as Given-When-Then into executable manual scripts.
- Develop processes to validate test outputs, ensuring they align with predefined expected results.
- Implement validation processes to perform comparative analyses between values derived from VAST and NewT (AWS) to establish the success or failure of test comparisons.
- Interact with the software development team to gain an understanding of the products being tested and to determine the testing requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting tests for Batch processing and User Interface components.
- Collaborate with Technical Analysts (TA Ops) and Product Owners to outline comprehensive test scenarios for thorough End-to-End testing.
- Produce scenario and test case documentation that enables developers to transition to automated testing effectively.
- Work alongside Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), contributing to writing test cases and executing them as necessary.
- Elevate the traceability of requirements/capabilities to validate the extent of testing coverage.
- Oversee and review both manual and automated test executions, while playing a key role in managing defect resolutions with product teams.
- Lead the creation of testing dashboards and manage the communication of test statuses and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS and test scenario documentation methods.
- Ability to create manual test scripts and validate test results methodically.
- Competency in performing test case comparisons and validation processes.
- Team collaboration skills to understand development processes and define test needs.
- Experience with Batch and UI testing components.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define scenarios for comprehensive testing.
- Capable of documenting scenarios and test cases to aid in automated test case development.
- Skill in executing test cases and establishing requirements/capability traceability.
- Proficient in monitoring test results and driving defect resolutions.
- Knowledgeable in coordinating the communication of test results through testing dashboards.
