Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate various company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Address incoming correspondence, customer complaints, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, sorting mail, and document preparation.
  • Oversee the interview process for new applicants and ensure proper onboarding and payroll management in compliance with HR standards.
  • Take the lead in resolving customer complaints and propose policy enhancements to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize company systems for efficient access and assist in integrating new employees into these systems.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, conducting regular checks and managing office requisites.
  • Analyze and prepare reports to aid managerial decision-making aimed at operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments, while providing accurate service estimates.
  • Build networks with local businesses and real estate agents to promote our services.

Qualifications
