We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and General Administrator to manage key HR functions and administrative operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and immigration matters. This role will work closely with employees and management to foster a positive workplace environment, ensuring efficient HR processes and adherence to regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition (TA):

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

  • Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, issues, and concerns.

Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

Promote positive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives.

  • Employee Benefits:

Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks.

Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefits enrollment and changes.

Work with external vendors and brokers to manage benefit renewals and compliance.

  • HR Business Partner:

Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Provide strategic input on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.

  • HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements.

Conduct audits and maintain accurate employee records to ensure HR compliance.

  • Immigration:

Manage immigration processes, including visa applications, renewals, and documentation for international employees.

Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Serve as a liaison between employees and immigration attorneys or authorities.

  • Employee Performance:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Support managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing employee feedback.

Identify opportunities for employee development and growth through training and coaching.

  • HR Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Conduct orientation sessions and provide new employees with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Facilitate the integration of new hires into the company culture and their respective teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
