RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Junior level Project Manager.

Summary:
The responsibilities of the IT Project Manager encompass meeting with members of the IT Team and other Departments and Stakeholders involved to gain a clear understanding of requirements and define the process(es) to achieve them. The position requires passion, commitment, organization, and being a fast learner while at the same time being adaptable, coachable, and open to new approaches to technology solution projects.

Responsibilities:
* Meet with all associated stakeholders to identify/define Technical requirements
* Create and manage project plan and schedule
* Preemptively identify and escalate risks to an appropriate level
* Conduct scrums calls and retrospectives, and ensure all development tasks and issues are logged and updated
* Keep project plan and scrum boards up to date
* Communicate weekly status updates on schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies; Lead weekly status meetings to work through issues and set priorities for the week
* Monitor delivered projects and maintain pulse with stakeholders across the organization
* Conducts workshops with pre-published agendas
* Create status reports efficiently
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint
* Create and manage deployment and testing plans
* Manage issues and action logs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
* 3 years of practical experience in project management
* Thoughtful practitioner, comfortable working across multiple methodologies and frameworks
* Ability to ramp-up quickly
* Takes initiative and is a self-starter
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment
* Thrives managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
* Strong writing, presentation and documentation skills
* Can zoom between big picture and detail
* Can understand in sufficient detail the work to be managed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
