Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Consumer Insights team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding and improving the experiences voiced by our consumers. This role involves analyzing consumer feedback, back-end data, and internal processes to construct hypotheses about consumer experiences. The Senior Analyst will facilitate follow-up interactions with consumers through activities, surveys, and other methods to uncover root causes and provide actionable insights for enhancing consumer experiences.

Rate: $26 - $36 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze consumer feedback and back-end data to understand consumer experiences with AARP.
  • Construct hypotheses based on previous research and data analysis.
  • Facilitate follow-up interactions with consumers through surveys, interviews, and other activities to gather deeper insights.
  • Identify opportunities to refine and improve consumer experiences.
  • Provide input on new experiences based on consumer feedback and data analysis.
  • Read and interpret insight reports containing both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Understand internal processes and systems and their impact on consumer experiences.
  • Connect disparate pieces of information to form a comprehensive understanding of consumer motivations and frustrations.


Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in research or analytics.
  • Proven experience in constructing hypotheses based on previous research.
  • Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read and understand insight reports with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Understanding of internal processes and systems and their impact on consumer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and critical skills to connect disparate pieces of information.
  • Experience in designing and conducting experiments, surveys, interviews, and other consumer interaction activities.


Education Requirements:
  • College degree in Research, Consumer Behavior, Social Psychology, or a related field.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
