Job Duties
- Administrative Support for routine Employee Intakes. Set up process workflow checklists. Process background checks. Receive & file employee intake documentation. Set up HRIS system profiles for new hires
- Administrative Support for routine Employee Exits. Set up process workflow checklists. Receive & file employee exit documentation
- Administrative Support for general Training. Monitor due dates for routine trainings. Communicate with employees about completing training. File completed certificates on employee files & tracking sheets
- Administrative Support for Employee Survey. Enter data into the quarterly summary excel
- Administrative Support for Performance Reviews. Enter data into the system to prepare for annual reviews
- Administrative Support for Events. Arrange for shipments of event materials
- General administrative activities. Support with other cyclical projects & activities. Prepare data & pull reports for department activities as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Basic familiarity with office platform use & navigation including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, email, slack & HRIS
- Ability to follow established checklists, workflows & processes closely
- Ability to continually keep electronic files up to date
- Ability to key data & record information in various systems accurately
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work at in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Strong verbal & written communication skills required
- High school education or equivalent
