Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team.
  • Help maintain personnel records in digital and print formats, ensuring all employment requirements are met.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and posting job ads as needed.
  • Assist in the planning of company events and meetings related to HR and employee training.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
  • Oversee office and administrative tasks.
  • Willing to answer phones and helping to contact applicants and/or employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • At least 3+ years of HR related experience desired
  • Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with Applicant Screening
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Office Equipment
  • Well-founded grasp of Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • Deep understanding of sourcing recruitment preferred
  • Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) helpful
