About the position: In this role, you'll strategically build a client base through consistent outreach, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers. As you manage client accounts, you'll go beyond the ordinary. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. Your role will involve developing and implementing service delivery plans to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your creativity will be unleashed you work to set us apart from the competition.

You will:

  • Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
  • Strategize and create service delivery plans
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations
  • Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
  • Visit clients on a regular basis

You have:

  • 2+ years experience in account management or sales
  • A proven track record of meeting sales quota
  • Ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively
  • Strong and effective problem-solving skills
  • A strategic and analytical mindset

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Pay:

  • $53,000 – $64,000 (base salary) + monthly bonuses!
