Job Title: Marketing & Brand Coordinator

Location: Las Vegas, NV - Corporate Office

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 starting (Exempt)

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Summary

The Marketing & Brand Coordinator will manage content creation, ensure brand consistency, and lead creative marketing strategies across various platforms. This role will oversee social media, video content, and lead a creative team, while conducting competitive analysis and tracking performance through key engagement metrics reporting. The Coordinator will also develop newsletters and brand specific templates to ensure consistent internal and external communications.

  • Communications & Content Creation:
    • Write copy for emails, blogs, social media, LinkedIn, and website content.
    • Develop and maintain the brand identity and style guide to ensure consistent presentation across all platforms.
    • Monitor internal and external communications for brand and presentation consistency.
    • Create and manage engaging newsletters, including internal newsletters for corporate updates.


  • Social Media, LinkedIn & Video Content:
    • Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and engagement for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
    • Oversee video and photography production to create high-grade, engaging content for marketing campaigns.
    • Develop educational and informational video content for both marketing and industry-specific topics within the 3PL sector.
    • Track and analyze key engagement metrics on social media channels, including LinkedIn, such as followers, likes, shares, comments, click-through rates, and overall engagement growth.
    • Create regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media and LinkedIn strategies and recommend data-driven improvements.


  • Competitive Analysis & Brand Positioning:
    • Conduct competitive analysis of marketing efforts to find a distinctive niche for the company and differentiate the brand.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine company messaging and brand positioning.


  • Creative Leadership:
    • Lead and retain creative talent, including designers, developers, and videographers, ensuring high-quality execution of the brand’s identity.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals and content for digital, print, and video marketing efforts.


  • SEO/SEM Content Creation:
    • Work with the SEO/SEM teams to create relevant content based on keyword direction, ensuring the brand voice is maintained throughout.


  • Sales Support:
    • Partner with the sales team to create and update sales materials, ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with the brand identity and messaging strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, with daily content creation and video editing for platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
  • Ability to create engaging, high-grade video and photography content for various marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative vision and leadership in managing creative talent, including designers and developers.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on social media and LinkedIn engagement metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis to identify niche opportunities in the market.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills for multiple channels, including newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Ability to develop educational and informational video content, particularly in the 3PL industry.
