$99,290—$129,077.50 USD

JOB SUMMARY
Install, design, implement, upgrade and optimize the performance of databases required to operate software solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs software upgrades and new software installation both pro-actively and in response to requests from users of systems, including any necessary patches to database systems and applications to ensure continuing stable and secure operation
- Creates and maintain appropriate documentation (Database, Architecture, etc.)
- Communicates issues/requirements with client
- Implements and continuously improves the database infrastructure environment; provides fast and value- added services to the development organization
- Installs and monitors database methodologies using the latest versions TSQL, SSIS, and SSRS a plus
- Participates in ensuring that identified business continuity measures are implemented, documented and regularly tested to enable continued operations of systems identified as requiring such protection in accordance with the corporate Disaster Recovery program
- 4-7 Years work experience preferred
