TDM Architect

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent knowledge on Test data management strategies from a process, tools and technology perspective preferably in health care industry.
• Knowledge of Data security, compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Must have Hands on working experience on tools like Genrocket, SQL REDGATE, DELPHIX etc. (One tool experience is mandatory)
• Domain Knowledge on Health care and insurance industry standards and test data needs
• Understand and working experience on health care file formats like EDI, etc.
• Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other SIT Non-Production Environments.
• Must have strong knowledge on creating data masking algorithms using Hashing and other obfuscation techniques.
• Understanding of Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Sub-setting, Provisioning, and Data Security.
• Should be able to understand and analyse a specific test data requirement and expedite it in a cost and time efficient way
• Should have expert level knowledge on healthcare domain from a business architectural perspective.
• Should be able to analyse and take up initiatives Synthetic Data Generation and its Integration with CI/CD pipeline in automation testing.
• Should understand every step of System integration, Functional and Regression testing and outline the test data requirements proactively before the testing team.
• This role works with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Governance teams

Preferred Skills:

• 10+ years of test data management experience as analyst and developer
• 5+ years of experience using TDM tools
• Ability to customize fictionalization solutions between tools and across business applications
• Ability to coordinate and work with different stakeholders to build consensus and deliver outcomes
