  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary – $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

+ Commission ($150,000 rough OTE) + Phone + Credit Card + Car Allowance + 14 days paid vacation

The Company

A manufacturer of the machinery used within the curtain wall industry across the world is looking to pick up 2 x Area Sales Managers for the Upper Midwest. They’re internationally accredited, founded in Europe, and broke into the USA in 2019.

Staff count is at the 200 mark across the business, with a push to turn the USA into as successful a market as Europe is for them.

Their products are found in the metal workshops of some of the world’s biggest and best aluminum extrusion manufacturers.

They’ve partnered with distributors across the country to broaden their markets as much as possible, giving you every opportunity bill the big commission. and to be a part of helping them double their current multi million-dollar revenue stream.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships and establish a sales network through distributors, agents, and reps.
  • Train and coach the sales team while communicating a clear sales vision.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to position the company for growth and profitability.
  • Maintain CRM and provide daily/weekly reports on contacts, engagement, and expenses.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years minimum of experience in a relevant market
  • Experience in sales and account management
  • Knowledge of how to grow a patch and develop relationships
  • Strong personable communication skills
