Risk Analyst

Our client is looking for a dedicated individual with experience in audit and risk management to join their Enterprise Risk team. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining the client's Business Continuity Management Program. The right candidate will work closely with other team members to support the company's overall risk management initiatives, including risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities and Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) best practices and ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) frameworks.

  • 3-5 years in audit or risk management, with financial institution experience preferred.

  • Preferred experience in vendor management, bank operations, compliance, or risk assessments.

  • Professional certifications in risk management or related fields are advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to analyze data.

  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and make sound judgments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
