SUMMARY

  • The Manager of Supply Chain (SC) Information Systems & Analytics, leads the planning, development, integration, implementation, upgrading, and ongoing maintenance of Supply Chain Management Information Systems (SCMIS), ensuring appropriate configurations, structures, and related processes for the optimal, efficient functioning of SCM business practices. Direct strategic planning is needed for the development of new and expanded products and services, and to shape long-term strategy to support the individual SC business units. Define and communicate a clear, vision for the department that effectively ties into the mission and vision of Grady Health and leads the team to achieve that vision. Responsibilities

  • Provide critical technological and operational support to all aspects of SCM. Ensure seamless operational process mapping within SCM and cross-functional disciplines. Interface with all supply chain areas: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Value Analysis, Operation Management, and Supplier Relationship Management. Provide guidance and direction on support, development, and deployment of new or enhanced functionality.
  • Partner with business owners in the day-to-day delivery of support to the SC Department, Finance, and IT, and be the primary liaison with the Grady Health IT team and Finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Data and analytical experience utilizing Peoplesoft and Workday.
  • Five years of progressive responsibility in SCM Information Systems; Three years leading major projects; Three years of management experience
  • Required- 2 - 4 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment
  • 5 - 8 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset to enable persuasive value conversations with vendors, stakeholders, and executives at all levels.
  • Identity or is aware of challenges, obstacles or issues and takes ownership to implement desired solutions.
  • Ability to deconstruct and solve complex business problems; analyze situations, develop strategies, present & persuade others of strategy, effectively & efficiently execute.
  • Translate requirements and data analyses into audience-appropriate presentations to recommend strategies and guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong project/program management skills. Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification, Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certification.
