About the Company:

**Newly-created role - flexible on title - TREMENDOUS exposure throughout the organization**

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional work to evaluate financial impact of the company’s near- and long- term strategic initiatives and collaborate with broader FP&A team and Finance functions to incorporate into financial plans
  • Assist with building financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning related to strategic initiatives including new product development and launches, product pricing, partnerships and other new revenue opportunities
  • Drive strategic initiatives through a combination of business partnering, analytical insight, and project management
  • Build out the performance management plan to track and monitor sales and profit performance against plan
  • Facilitate executive and board decision making by translating sophisticated financial analysis into actionable operational recommendations
  • Assist in scaling and automating processes for financial and operational reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 4+ years of business experience in FP&A/corporate finance/analytics focused role, fast growing tech company experience preferred
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience creating data architectures, manipulating data sets and building statistical models
  • Knowledge of statistical computer languages (e.g. R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Demonstrated the ability to work in situations with changing priorities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to wear multiple hats as the business evolves
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all levels in the organization
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create visually impactful slides for executive and board presentations
