Must be able to work 8hr shifts/40hrs./wk.- within the following hours: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Daily Job Details:
- Heavy program follow up- ensure licenses, timecards, training, paperwork completed
- Managing projects, budget and payroll
- Composing letters/running reports, developing newsletters, preparing presentations
Qualifications:
- 2+yrs of related experience (Administrative/Project Coordination, etc.)
- Experience with heavy communication, highly influential to support project completion
- Familiar with Zoom/Teams- virtual meetings
