Our Top E-commerce client based in LIC, NYC is currently looking for an IT Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity.

Typical work:

Will be sending lots of emails, doing extensive follow up, will be emailing vendors and tracking down equipment, tracking down UPS/FEDEX codes, etc., must have strong follow up and comm skills to ensure everything is tracked down and work is completed.

POSITION PROFILE

• Position requires 2+ years related experience

• College degree preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to drive projects in efficient and diplomatic manner

• Solid proficiency in computer skills and software including Microsoft Office applications- Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to proactively and effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional partners

• Must have ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with critical and accelerated time frames adapting to changing priorities

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands-on support for In-Store Beauty Tech device logistics and launching planning including, but not limited to:

o Collecting orders

o Arranging shipments with vendors

o Obtaining shipping formation from each market

o Reviewing and preparing necessary documentation for import and shipping

o Managing communications between vendors and the business (Global, Regional, and Local)

o Determining the best shipping method (whether to send to a regional hub via ocean or air, or to send directly to each market)

o Tracking shipments and providing updates

o Tracking launch dates and key metrics

GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.

• Manage communications by monitoring and organizing emails regarding device logistics and launch planning, ensuring timely responses and appropriate action on all communications.

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and transparent information sharing.

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.

• Provide user references by writing and maintaining documentation, offering help desk support, and training users.

• Schedules meetings and works to coordinate and prioritize meetings
