Description:

Client team on a global scale. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering diverse information and data from multiple sources, updating versions, document, templates and processes as part of our preconstruction support team, and executing initiatives and tasks as directed by department leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and grow, with the potential for future permanent employment. You'll need to effectively multitask across various stages of project schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Preconstruction, Construction, Real estate, Finance, and Capital planning.

Occasional domestic and international travel will be necessary for training, site visits, and team-building activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop processes, tools, and templates using Excel and Word for different project types as directed and trained.

• Gather data and validate and summarize it for future projects, maintaining a central repository.

• Validate and standardize historical construction cost data for integration into internal costing databases.

• Demonstrate proficiency in delving deep into provided metrics.

• Support internal customers to enhance associate experience and operational efficiency in preconstruction services.

• Assist in coordinating team tasks to drive alignment on key issues, innovative ideas, and speed to market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Zero to three years of work experience, with experience in architecture, construction, or engineering being a plus, but not required.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to quickly learn various computer systems.

• Self-learning ability with manuals and instructions for similar tasks and projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various corporate customers and stakeholders.

• Passion for becoming an integral team member.

• Passion or experience in analytics or data is also a plus.

• Advanced Excel skill and MS office is also a plus.

• Architecture education is also a plus.
