RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Content Creator/Copywriter in Boca Raton, FL.

Primary/Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with internal cross functional stakeholders to develop compelling creative that supports the unique and differentiated brand experience for multiple brands and categories; Understand how strategy translates into concept and execution that is on target for our business teams and helps drive key initiatives and marketing objectives
* Collaborate and provide guidance to marketing, creative, and content teams to generate content with SEO and search marketing best practices in mind
* Optimize content for SEO, based on keyword priorities and perform ongoing keyword discovery to identify content gaps and opportunities and drive content planning/creation
* Review or create SEO titles and descriptions that are appealing to the consumer and are structured to boost site rankings
* Proof artwork including instruction manuals, packaging, product detail page templates, assembly videos and other artwork routing cross functionally
* Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for each channel including online, social media, email, mobile, video and print (packaging, manuals, advertising); Maximizes search impact of all content
* Write product and category content and long and short form articles and other content
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and effective; Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
* Assist with reporting and analyzing monthly performance against KPIs such as impressions, engagement rate, and audience growth to guide and optimize overall social strategy
* Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Precise attention to detail
* Must be flexible but deadline oriented
* Strong ability to prioritize and work independently
* Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade with humor, respect, and composure
* Must be a quick learner who is not afraid to track down the information needed to do the job
* Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proven experience in being able to turnaround raw ideas/concepts into content suitable for publishing across various channels that help meet objectives
* Ability to clearly articulate the business goal behind the creation of a piece of content
* Proven writing and editorial skills, evidenced by a portfolio of work
* Leads by example with equal emphasis on quality of work, creativity, and respect of others

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
