Key Accountabilities Include

  • Drive talent acquisition activities position Yamaha to be an Employer of Choice
  • Drive fiscal responsibility with talent acquisition activities
  • Ensure escalation and resolution of talent acquisitions issues
  • Drive achievement of Talent Acquisition goals and KPIs
  • Ensure risk mitigation through consistent application and oversight of hiring laws, practices, and policies
  • Drive accurate and timely document of candidate information and talent acquisition activities
  • Drive quality hires to meet long-term organizational needs

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Create and implement progressively comprehensive recruiting plans for open positions
  • Full cycle recruiting – (including intake, posting, sourcing, pre-hire tests and assessments, offers, and reporting)
  • Maintains open position and candidate information documentation
  • Collaborate with the team, the department and stakeholders across the organization
  • Analyze and report on talent acquisition trends and recommendations

  • Compliance (People Ops): Apply regulatory requirements to YCA People Operation activities
  • Candidate Experience – People Ops: Define and nurture desired candidate experience aligned with business needs
  • Talent Acquisition – People Ops: Perform or manage a range of recruitment activities to secure the talent necessary to achieve YCA’s goals and objectives
  • Brand Ambassador – Non marketing: Serve as a representative of the Yamaha brand
  • Business Foresight: Deliver insight and recommendations based on analytic models and reports to drive competitive advantage, optimized costs and lower risks
  • Data – People Ops: Use data to understand business process and inform goals
  • Project Communication Management – YCA: Link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout the project life cycle; include timely generation and collection of information along with its proper dissemination and archival process

Qualifications

Ideal

  • Expert success with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Demonstrated success filing all levels of roles across various business units
  • Progressive experience with applicant tracking system
  • Progressive success applying various recruiting methods, to include active and passive sourcing
  • Progressive success assessing talent against job requirements to make offers to candidates

Preferred

  • UKG Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience with full cycle recruiting

Compensation

  • Up to $112,000 per year
  • The posted compensation is the base pay. This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
  • Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
