- Analyzes ECCO Detention Reporting and Information Line (DRIL), Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) trends, volume, demographics, and operator metrics to support enforcement and removal.
- Conducts analyses of detention complaints submitted through DHS OIG, ICE OPR, ERO.INFO,
as directed by the COR.
- Conducts research using ICE databases on specific complaints, the individuals submitting those

- Possess multi-year experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end CMS.
- Logs all information into a web-based case management system.
- Works cases and develops summaries of cases to be referred to an ERO Officer/Agent, ERO field
- Enters ECCO and agency related information into the Tableau business intelligence and analytics
- Provides statistical analysis, and ad hoc reporting as required using the Tableau analytics database.
- Provides technical writing and editing support.
- Develops analytics to identify trend lines across multiple data sources within CPD.
- Examines and evaluate existing business practices and systems and make recommendations in order
