The Digital Marketing Coordinator will perform a wide array of tasks for the digital team including marketing support and execution-type projects. This role involves filling-out briefs in project management software for promos and marketing activities, coordinating analytics from promos and Google Analytics, and potentially supporting social media content creation. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external departments, documenting requirements for creative assets, and passing information to paid search vendors and development teams. Daily duties include promo analytics and KPI review, filling-out marketing briefs, and coordinating with Creative Services Team. This position requires comfort with spreadsheets and large datasets including the use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. This role is more focused on execution rather than strategy, with opportunities to provide input based on past experiences. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an advertising role with a focus on digital marketing. While not managing individuals, this role involves coordinating processes and facilitating work across different channel owners. This position more closely resembles a marketing coordinator or analyst role, rather than a management position.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze promo analytics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of promotions including the amount of revenue generated and the average order’s value.
  • Fill-out marketing briefs based on coordination and communication from the team, ensuring all necessary information is provided for the Creative Services Team.
  • Pass information to the Paid Search Vendor or Development Team to ensure projects and creative assets are delivered as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with project management tools, though not necessarily Hive specifically.
  • Understanding of various social media platforms and Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of basic KPIs and metrics for digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, particularly GA4.
  • Experience with email service providers and data/consumer segmentation.
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer marketing including metrics (i.e., cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value, return on ad spend).
  • Comfort working with large datasets in spreadsheets including using VLOOKUPs and creating pivot tables.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an advertising role or advertising space.
