Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Account Sales Executive at Polypack, focusing on the dairy and beverage industries. The role involves managing national accounts, developing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and other internal teams to support customer project ideation, proposal development, and problem resolution. In addition to meeting sales goals, cross-department collaboration, and client partnership development, the ideal candidate will focus on market expansion by attending industry conferences and tradeshows to gain insights and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed, up to 50% of the time
  • Knowledge of packaging industry trends and products
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Capital equipment experience, preferably in the packaging industry
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
