We are currently seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Consultant to support our semiconductor manufacturing client in Palo Alto.

Position Overview:
As an SAP SD Consultant, you will play a critical role in optimizing our client s sales and distribution processes within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. Your extensive experience will enable you to provide strategic guidance and implement SAP solutions that enhance business efficiency, improve customer service, and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand client business processes and requirements in the semiconductor industry.
  • Configure and implement SAP SD modules to meet complex client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on sales order processing, pricing, and shipping logistics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI).
  • Conduct testing and validation of SAP SD functionalities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and support end-users on SAP SD processes and best practices.
  • Develop and document functional specifications and process flows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and SAP developments to recommend best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SD functionalities, including order management, pricing, and shipping.
  • Proven experience with integrations between SAP SD and other SAP modules.
  • Strong background in conducting user training and providing support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification in SD is a plus.
