  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role :- OCM Business Analyst

Location :- Foster city, CA Hybrid

Rate- $60/h on C2C

Duration :- 12 months Contract

Experience :- 6 - 8 years

Must have

  1. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and possess GxP documentation skill too.
  2. We are seeking a Business Analyst with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our dynamic team.
  3. Need hands on change management experience with SAP.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management role in the life sciences and/healthcare or biopharma, industry preferred
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience with large scale SAP Implementations
  • A solid understanding of how people go through the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in systems deployment, implementation, and lifecycle management,
  • Change Management Certification is preferred (PROSCI, CCMP)
  • BA or BS required, degree in business management/science/social science/engineering or IT
  • Strong project management or Organizational effectiveness experience
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering on-time, high quality results
