Role Description

Senior 3D Rendering Artist - Yacht Interior, Residential, and Condominium Design

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Rendering Artist with extensive experience in yacht interior design, as well as residential and condominium projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings that capture the essence of our design vision. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with our design team to bring our concepts to life.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior 3D Artist at Carla Guilhem Design in Miami, FL. The Senior 3D Artist will be responsible for tasks such as Blender, Lighting, Texturing, Rigging, and 3D Modeling on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications (minimum 10 years):

  • Proficiency in Blender, Lighting, and Texturing
  • Experience in Rigging and 3D Modeling
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D design skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and take creative direction
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed and photorealistic 3D renderings of yacht interiors, residential spaces, and condominium projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into visual representations.
  • Ensure that all renderings meet the company's high standards for quality and align with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve rendering techniques.
  • Provide input during the design process, offering suggestions for enhancing visual appeal and functionality.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in 3D rendering with a focus on yacht interiors, residential, and condominium projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photorealistic renderings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, architects, and clients.
  • Knowledge of yacht design trends and the luxury residential market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
