Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead a new team of outside sales representatives. This role will not only involve developing and managing your own book of business but also leading and inspiring a team of junior sales reps. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a deep expertise in food service equipment sales and a strong commitment to fostering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team of sales representatives. Provide ongoing mentorship and support to ensure your team meets and exceeds sales targets while promoting their professional development and growth.

• Client Development: Proactively generate leads and build new client relationships. Leverage your leadership skills to guide your team in securing business and expanding our client base.

• Customer Guidance: Assist clients in selecting the right equipment to meet their needs, ensuring they receive tailored and effective solutions. Model best practices for your team in providing top-notch customer service.

• Collaboration: Work closely with in-house teams and third-party service providers to deliver exceptional service and solutions. Foster a collaborative environment both within your team and across departments.

• Customer Service: Oversee and ensure outstanding service throughout project installation and service phases. Address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer lifetime value and drive repeat business.

• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the food service industry. Share insights with your team to ensure they remain knowledgeable and competitive.

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive background in food service equipment sales, with proven success in leadership and team management.

• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer service orientation. Demonstrated passion for both personal and team growth.

• Passion: A commitment to becoming a trusted advisor and playing a pivotal role in your team's and our customers' success.

Compensation: Commission-Based with Override
