Job Description: The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies. They will support and lead teams responsible for implementing initiatives with high complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the division. The Business Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders, develop deliverables, and track progress to goals. Special activities may include:

  • Supporting the successful implementation of large-scale divisional activities that cross multiple functional areas.
  • Translating divisional strategy into executable plans and overseeing their successful implementation.
  • Developing clear and compelling deliverables to present work approach and results to internal and external audiences.
  • Creating business cases to support divisional efforts and managing budgets appropriately.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Operational, and IT partners, as well as other key areas that support the division.
  • Leading divisional impact analysis of business requirements.
  • Coordinating design, development, and implementation efforts of divisional initiatives.
  • Tracking initiatives and activities across the division to ensure proper handoffs and coordination.
  • Assisting in evaluating systems, procedures, and policies for opportunities to increase quality and productivity.
  • Developing strategies to improve operational and business processes and metrics.
  • Interacting with departmental and inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, and share findings.
  • Managing multiple priorities across projects to complete tasks on time.
  • Supporting divisional leadership meetings and projects on an ad hoc basis.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience OR 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or relevant healthcare industry experience.
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to accept direction and feedback.
  • Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.
