BLN24 is looking for an experienced Communication Analyst to join our team.

Required Skills/Abilities & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media or a related field.
• Strong experience and knowledge within digital marketing, advertising and website development.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Campaign Management, Personalization and Targeting, Analytics, Social Media Monitoring and Insights, Mobility Solutions, etc.
• Proficiency in social media and scheduling platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in creating original content, editing, SEO, and SEM.
• Capabilities in video editing, live hosting, and podcast production.
• Ability to develop high-quality presentations for events and speaking engagement.
• Experience with communications theory and policy.
• Effectively communicate issues with the team and provide solutions to issues.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competent to work independently and with a team as needed.
• Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare, public health, research, technology, and government agencies is preferred.
