  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams such as Product Development, Packaging, Project Management, Procurement and Quality to ensure alignment and successful commercialization of products.
  • Line Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize production line performance, focusing on improving throughput, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Act as a technical resource for both our internal teams and external vendors, troubleshooting issues on the production floor, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or scale-up roles, ideally in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
