We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator / Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence.

Position Overview

We seek a passionate and creative individual to manage and grow our social media content. This role focuses on developing engaging, viral, and short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, helping to amplify our brand voice and connect with our audience.

Full-Time

• Salary of between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.
• Salary plus bonus eligible. Onsite Only.
• Remote is not allowed.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation (40%): Develop and execute engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and short videos that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand identity.
• Social Media Management (30%): Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement. Respond to comments and messages, fostering dialogue and community.
• Trend Monitoring (15%): Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
• Creative Ideation (10%): Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute quick, innovative content ideas that align with ongoing campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting (5%): Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategies and report on audience insights and engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of content creation or related experience
• Proven track record in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing viral and engaging short-form content.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and understanding platform-specific nuances (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling brand stories across various formats.
• Quick thinker with the ability to generate creative ideas on the spot and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, Video Leap, and other content creation tools.
• Passionate about trends in social media and consumer engagement.
