.Net Developer with Plaid experience - w2 opportunity

Position Summary:
The .NET Developer with Plaid Experience will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications while leveraging Plaid for financial data integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET, C#, and deep knowledge of integrating Plaid's API to enhance the functionality of financial applications. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Plaid Integration: Integrate Plaid API into existing systems to connect and manage financial data, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices for .NET development.
• System Design: Collaborate with the team to design system architecture and determine the best ways to integrate Plaid functionalities.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests and debug code to ensure the delivery of high-quality software with minimized defects.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to application development, API integration, and system configurations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to meet project requirements.
• Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues that arise during the development lifecycle, especially with Plaid API integrations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new features in .NET technologies, C#, Plaid, and financial APIs to recommend improvements for current and future projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with .NET development, including C#.
  • Proven experience working with .NET Framework 4.8 in application development.
  • Plaid API Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in integrating Plaid API into financial applications candidates without Plaid experience will not be considered.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and experience working with third-party APIs.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and financial data privacy.
  • Good understanding of financial data, payment processes, and banking integrations.
