Job Description
Production Asc Manager for C-130 Mid Fuselage Department 2308, will lead team of 17 Structural Mechanics, 3 Fuel cell Mechanics, (Represented Work Force) 2 Ops Techs.
Manage and assign work priority occasionally fill in build areas stages zero, one, two, three and Fuel cell. Candidate will manage and support all production line moves, ensure responsibility of safely building air craft to design specifications, FOD free, on time delivery and managing team cost goals.
Responsible for developing/sustaining a positive work force culture with focus on accountability and talent development.
Integrate with Production, Quality, Engineering, IE and IPT Leads on a daily basis to help team achieve team goals for safety, cost, quality and schedule.
Desired Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience in reading and interpreting blue prints.
Earned Value Management System experience.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal, Written and Presentation

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
