Requirements

  • You've got 2-3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses, and you know how to grow and engage an online audience effectively.
  • You can create eye-catching, engaging content that’s tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. Whether it’s a post, video, or story—you’re all about making it stand out.
  • You’re not just about posting—you understand the bigger picture and can create social media strategies that align with business goals, like boosting brand awareness or driving leads.
  • Your writing is on point. You can craft copy that sounds just like the brand, speaks to the audience, and keeps them engaged.
  • You love diving into the numbers—tracking engagement, reach, and conversions, and then adjusting the strategy based on what the data tells you.
  • You’re always keeping an eye on what’s trending in social media, from the latest TikTok challenge to new Instagram features, so your strategies are always fresh and relevant.
  • You know how to create genuine connections online. Responding to comments and messages comes naturally to you, and you’re great at making followers feel heard and valued.
  • You’ve got experience running paid social media campaigns—setting them up, managing the budget, and targeting the right audiences to maximize results.
  • You work well with others, collaborating with designers, marketers, and other teams to bring ideas to life and create a consistent brand voice.
  • Managing multiple campaigns, staying organized, and meeting deadlines is second nature to you, thrive in fast-paced environments.You know how to build and maintain strong relationships with followers by responding to comments and messages, creating a sense of community, and making sure the brand is always approachable and human.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social): You know your way around social media platforms and scheduling tools, making it easier to manage content calendars, track performance, and engage with audiences.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior: You’re well-versed in how platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook work and know how to tailor content that reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, creative environments: You’ve thrived in dynamic settings where you’ve had to juggle multiple campaigns and adapt to shifting priorities while still delivering great results.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other native platform analytics.
  • Ability to generate reports and adjust strategy based on data insights.
  • Copywriting skills with experience crafting engaging and on-brand content.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to produce and edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
