Role Overview: We’re searching for an experienced Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in driving our software product vision and ensuring it aligns with the evolving needs of the real estate market and our company’s technological ambitions. You will be responsible for working with assigned teams to help shape product versioning and backlog management. You’ll partner closely with our CEO periodically to gain approved insights and requirements, serving as the bridge between strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect & Document: Collaborate closely with the Product, Design, Content teams, and approved leadership to gather, document, and refine feature or product proposals. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed documentation that outlines product requirements, features, and enhancements, and presenting them for version consideration or backlog prioritization. This ensures all ideas are thoroughly vetted and ready for smooth implementation in alignment with our product vision.

• Champion the Vision: Work directly with the CEO to transform approved goals into actionable product requirements periodically, ensuring our technology solutions meet the evolving needs of real estate professionals and investors.

• Facilitate Collaboration: Manage project workflows for cross-functional teams, including product, design, support, technology, quality, sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring smooth execution of product versioning, drafting, creation, and testing.

• Agile Leadership: Bring expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to facilitate sprints, ensuring that we stay responsive to market demands and maintain forward momentum.

• Prioritize with Precision: Develop and implement methods for quantitative and qualitative feature assessments, providing data-driven recommendations for the CEO's review each quarter.

• User-Centric Focus: Conduct interviews with clients and partners to gather feedback, refining our product to achieve a perfect market fit and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced: A strong background in product ownership within technology-driven industries, ideally with exposure to real estate, payment processing, blockchain, tokenization, and AI.

• Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and ability to be flexible and wear assigned hats within the company.

• Agile Mindset: In-depth experience with Agile and Scrum practices, with the capability to drive these methodologies effectively.
