Project Manager

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Dallas team.

Requirements:

• Education: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Project Manager on projects exceeding $25 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and ensure adherence to company safety policies and programs.
• Submittal Oversight: Review, monitor, and coordinate the approval of shop drawings and submittals.
• Billing and Schedules: Create schedules of values and obtain billing approval from architects/owners.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract conformance.
• Quality Control: Oversee the Quality Control Program for the project.
• Budget Management: Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and adjust cost control budgets as needed.
• Reporting: Formulate and monitor all required reports and logs.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and attend all project meetings and final walkthroughs.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, establish and communicate performance expectations, provide feedback, determine training needs, and conduct on-the-job training.
• Site Presence: Maintain regular attendance at the worksite.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
