  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Datacenter Hardware Technician

Location: Lynwood, WA (2 days/week Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months+

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Experience:

  1. Requires two (2) years system infrastructure integration experience in comparable systems.
  2. Strong experience with system integration, networking, operating system / software installation and maintenance, help desk, and/or data storage technology, specifically with Windows, Linux & VMware systems.
  3. Capable of hardware installation and configuration. Racking, Cabling and verifying correct operation.
  4. Knowledge of: SQL Server, Oracle Database, Visual Studio, git, Active Directory and Kubernetes is an asset.
  5. Networking knowledge using TCP/IP protocols.
  6. Need practical working experience with: Cisco switches, firewalls and routers. HPE iLO & DELL iDRAC interfaces, HPE & DELL Servers and Workstations. NetApp Arrays. Microsoft Windows, RedHat Linux and VMware vSphere & vCenter.
  7. Good PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office & Visio applications.
  8. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures. Ability to make informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
  9. Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  10. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  12. Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
  13. Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours to accommodate business needs.
  14. Must be able to use laptop and Microsoft Teams & Outlook for extended periods of time to complete assigned task and duties.
  15. Must be able to use copier, labeler, and fax machines on an intermittent basis.
  16. Walking, filing of documents in upright file cabinets, and moving of heavy equipment and storage boxes and books/files is a regular activity within job scope Travel (via car or airline) to US or international locations. Having a driver s license is desirable. International travel will require a valid Passport.
