The Supervision and Monitoring Product Owner will help lead the development of a new Advisor controls dashboard to be utilized across U.S. Wealth Management and the Global Private Bank, as part of a strategic platform build to enhance the advisor experience. Through partnership with the business, advisors, senior leaders, control partners and technologists, you will act as the voice of the user and develop an end-to-end experience that provides value.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

As the Supervision and Monitoring Product Owner you will support the definition of the product vision, goals and objectives, requirements, and prioritize delivery of items to maximize the business value of the initiative. You will be responsible for supporting cross platform business analysis, management, and execution of business needs across advisor and client channels.

Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding organizational skills. The successful candidate should be an analytical thinker with the ability to inspire confidence and fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Understand client and advisor needs: Supports the collection of information (e.g., user research, journey mapping) to inform strategy product roadmap and provide insight on potential product and product features that would provide value to customers.
  • Contributes to the product development lifecycle Collaborates with other product and requirement owners and designers to deliver end-to-end product and experience. Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product development. Partners with Technology to triage issues end-to-end until full resolution is achieved.
  • Program Guideline monitoring: Support disciplined advisor portfolio management by clearly defining and tracking program guidelines.
  • Support plans for pilot/rollout new capabilities, including objective/scope, communication, training/support, and feedback/metrics.
  • Embody true "customer-obsession": in identifying and leveraging user data, key performance metrics, industry trends, and varying forms of client and advisor feedback to shape our design and roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners: including business stakeholders, Technology and control functions across Wealth Management and the Global Private Bank.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • 1 years' experience preferred in Wealth Management, Private Bank, or Asset Management industry.
  • Experience building a strategy and roadmap.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Experience with agile methodology and similar processes used by a technology organization to execute preferred, but not required.
