  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company, performing daily accounting task, and other task related to helping our development and real-estate company grow.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team
  • Another daily task includes AR & AP Managment
  • Report directly to our CFO

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields or accounting bachelors degree
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Punctual
  • Team oriented and able to be coached or managed.
