Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to work on SMT and Mixed Technology printed circuit board assemblies. The role involves placing components on boards according to controlled parts lists, drawing documentation, and quality workmanship guidelines. Responsibilities include setting up and operating equipment to meet quality, efficiency, and productivity goals. You will monitor equipment operation to ensure assemblies are built to print and comply with applicable workmanship standards. Additionally, you will inspect printed solder paste and component alignment for accuracy, identify defects according to applicable workmanship standards and class, and perform daily machine maintenance activities as specified on the Preventive Maintenance schedules. Manual placement of SMT and PIH components, loading feeders for equipment, and washing boards as needed are also part of the job.

This is a fully on-site position in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Work Environment
1st Shift: 6 am - 3:30 pm OR 7 am - 4:30 pm; 2nd Shift: 3:15 pm - 12:45 am; Weekend Shift: 3 pm - 3:30 am. Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment.
