We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to join our team and lead content planning, execution, and strategy for our own brands and clients.

Job Description:

As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You will oversee content creation, scheduling, and performance, ensuring it aligns with our clients’ brand identities and business goals. You will also collaborate with and manage a team of content creators or hire freelance talent as needed to meet the content demands of both our agency and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for multiple brands across various industries, including e-commerce, music, and hospitality.

- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging multimedia content (videos, images, blogs, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform's unique requirements and audience preferences.

- Analyze and optimize content performance, using insights and data to drive engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.

- Work closely with clients to understand their brand, audience, and goals, ensuring content aligns with their broader marketing strategies.

- Hire and manage content creators, freelancers, and influencers when necessary to execute high-quality, engaging content.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and digital storytelling.

- Monitor industry trends to bring innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences and outperform competitors.

- Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging, voice, and visual identity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, music, or hospitality sectors.

- Strong understanding of the unique requirements and trends on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.

- Experience working with creative teams or freelancers, with the ability to give direction and feedback.

- Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to guide strategy.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and content calendars.

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.

- Ability to adapt to fast-changing trends in the social media and content landscape.

- Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
