What you will do:

Manage and review month end close reporting (journal entries, g/l recs, financial statements )
Provide analysis on financials and operations (variance, trend, sales )
Recommend areas for opportunity, metrics, and processes.
Develop and report metrics and KPIs to Operations Leaders.
Process improvement utilizing ERP system.
Report on the day to day drivers of the business.
Work hands on/oversee fixed assets, AP, AR, inventory, and sales tax

What you will have:

B.S. in Accounting or related
Prior experience in manufacturing or construction
The ability to lead a small team
Good knowledge of GAAP accounting
Enjoy using technology
