Position Overview

Stanley is looking for a People Team Program Manager to assist with the delivery of strategic, worldwide People team initiatives that help drive the business. This role supports the intake, prioritization, and tracking of work across the People team organization, ensuring flawless execution and high customer satisfaction.

This role is hybrid, based in Seattle, WA and reports to the SVP, People, with close partnership across the WW People Leadership Team.

What You ll Do

• Support the intake mechanism and prioritization of work.
• Support multiple People teams (HRBP, People Experiences, People Tech, and Talent Acquisition) in their efforts to achieve their strategic road map.
• Roll-up key results across the department. Create summaries and templates, like quarterly business reviews (QBRs), to communicate the team s output and progress to share with internal partners.
• Support the development and or implementation of dept-wide projects and programs.
• Owns department level goal setting and status.
• Coordinate key meetings for the department.
• Manages Department budget. Work with leaders to determine spend required for project delivery.
• Identify and call out issues as appropriate to the SVP, People.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within People Operations or other related business function
• Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project

Salary Range

$105,000-130,000 annually

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. Full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
