Technical Product Analyst II
Location: Remote / Hybrid
As Technical Product Analyst for Advertising Technology, you'll have the opportunity to help create and improve analytical tools for our advertising partners. You'll use customer experiences, business requirements and media client value propositions as guiding principles. Our Ads' Identity and Customer Data team is building next generation tools to help advertisers optimize advertising campaigns and connect to customers in a privacy safe environment. You'll have the opportunity to help build our Customer Data Platform and launch new capabilities with data clean rooms.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a location and some days virtually from home or other non-company location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota, or one of our hubs in Atlanta, Georgia or Seattle, Washington.
What you'll do
Provide analytical leadership to help create and optimize products and experiences for advertising partners.
Have a hands-on role in developing cutting-edge audience creation and campaign optimization tools.
Deliver against core customer value propositions and strategic and financial goals.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Demonstrate an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity.
Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data science, product management or related field
Knowledge of SQL or other related query languages
Basic knowledge of media performance key performance indicators
Experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years working with product management or development teams to support measurement and optimization efforts
2 years of experience with digital advertising, publishing or media companies
Familiarity with the business and technical aspects of digital advertising and ecommerce
Ability to perform competitive analysis and evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies and company strategies.
