Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Advertising Agency and/or PR Agency experience as a CX Designer/Content Strategist/Sr. Designer working with Advertising Agency web building teams.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel.
  • Deliver human-centered design thinking through user flows, wireframes, information architecture, design and interaction requirements, and other planning and user experience documentation in agency projects.
  • Leading discovery efforts, design exercises and project work sessions as needed to inspire and activate creative collaboration.
  • Serving as an agency knowledge bank for user experience and channel specific requirements, trends and innovations.
  • Digging for critical insights that drive project solutions and joining with the broader creative team to think conceptually during brainstorming and idea generation.
  • Working with internal creative teams and clients in development and approval of strategic, interactive concepts from discovery through QA/delivery.
  • Applying best practices and innovating new approaches to research and UX documentation that put our team at the top of their game and our brand ahead of the competition.
  • Partnering with Account, Creative, and Production colleagues to ensure on-time and on-brief execution and delivery.
