Ridgeway Post Acute Rehab is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities (Overview)
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, therapeutic activities, manual therapy, electrical stimulation, and any applicable CPT codes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists and assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and advancements.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current California Physical Therapy license
Strong Clinical Skills And Experience In a Post-acute Setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
Open-mindedness to training and flexibility to adapt to changing needs
